Arrived saying he will buy and bring replacement part, but came with an old dirty part and claimed it's new. When asked to go and buy new part, claimed no shop will be open now. And asked me to go buy if shop is open. When I asked him to go and buy and replace, refused, and fixed the same old part and left. Issue not fixed.

Called to plug washbasin drain pipe leak. In the process by hitting the washer hard has led to cracks in the washbasin which we were using even 10minutes before his arrival. Now forced to replace entire washbasin. Will claim the cost from Urban Company
