The technician opened the bottom cover of the geyser and immediately declared that the coil as well as the thermostat need to be replaced and quoted a figure of around Rs 2800 for the same. He stated this without any proper checking. I immediately told him to close the geyser and leave. Subsequently i called the manufacturer (V guard). Their technician checked and found that the wire had burnt and replaced the wire. The total cost came to Rs 428. The service and visitation fee paid to UC turned out to be a waste. Request UC to refund this amount

He just came and said the geyser isn’t working and closed the complaint. He was not ready to do the work 1. He didn’t want to raise bill in UC app and wanted more money in g pay 2. He said check up charges are different and service charges are different and it will not be adjusted to the money paid 3. He abruptly left the place without attending the complaint. 4. He was trying to cheat and take more money without using UC app Such service personnel should be removed from job, as it’s utter waste of time and mone
