Came. 2mins 30 seconds told us the coil was gone. It'll take 2500 to replace it. I went inside to ask him how he says that. Was The electrical connection checked and requested to show where in the circuit was the defect. After I asked him is when he went to his bag to pull out the connector tester. Then claimed this is working this is not working so coil is gone. U don't have to explain to your owner all this they also will not ask. You just tell that coil is gone and it will cost 2500 to replace it. Get a new Geyser instead of repairing. Request uc to justify the consultation charge charged for someone who did not even remove the required equipment from his bag even for the initial assessment. If not interested in taking the job advise consultant to decline rather than take it and waste customer time and give wrong advise. Kindly justify charge and advise on either refund or reallot new partner to complete service.
