Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Geyser Service and Technician Conduct Dear Urban Company Customer Care Team, I am extremely disappointed with the geyser service provided by your company. I booked a general geyser check-up for my home. The technician who visited first asked about the issue, and I clearly informed him that both geysers were working properly and that I only required a general preventive check-up. However, the technician stated that he could not touch the geyser and only performed a multimeter power check. I had already informed him that the power supply was normal and not an issue. I questioned why I should pay ₹599 only for a multimeter check, to which he replied that his work was complete and immediately left for another job. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Charging ₹599 for a basic multimeter check—without inspecting the geyser—is not a service. I also informed him that I have a multimeter at home and I am a qualified engineer, yet no proper service was carried out. I contacted customer care and was informed that a refund would be processed. While I appreciate the refund, I strongly believe such misleading service practices and poorly trained technicians damage your company’s reputation. Please take strict action to ensure technicians provide genuine service and do not mislead or overcharge customers. Do not cheat the public in the name of service.
