The main issue was with less water outflow, Technician informed me that the geyser is in good condition, issue seems to be with outpipe to tap and did few things and water outflow improved a bit and asked to overview the waterflow for few more days

The technician said heating coil will cost Rs.2500 to replace. It's not worth to replace and left the geyser on the floor with water and asked us to drain the water and left. We called another person and he replaced the child for Rs.300 and geyser is working now.
