I booked a water heater installation through Urban Company, and the overall experience was excellent. The professional Mr. Arivazhagan arrived on time, carried all the required tools, and completed the installation efficiently. He explained the usage clearly, ensured proper safety checks, and cleaned up the area after finishing the work. The service was hassle-free, transparent, and reasonably priced. Wasting material , didnt get desired ,he asked that i have paid fully to UC for intallation and un insatallation so had firced me and he asked me to accept his job competion without un -instalation charges telling some stories , and asked me to pay on hands . And ammount i payed for uninstallatiom will be refuned from UC. For one heater instalations that to from one restroom to to another with same fittings he wantedly purchased did some mis consultations and landed out superficial ammount , inspite of indipendent valve options are givin in respective rest rooms he unwantely asked for 2valves , heater hose was unwantely purchased , to manupulate he re marked the fixing point to show an excuse distance inspite of all intialation points and enviroment provided in the property neatly by builder . He did even mind to cheack heater water is coming with flow from tap. Intially he told he is busy with other upcoming works so he will come evening to 5pm. Later what happend i dont know he was keept mind changing he accepted to do at appointment time itself. I ended up paying including UC including material bought by your pressional is Rs 3363. For single old heater refitting from one room to another .

Didn't give clear picture. I was told that both thermostat and heating element need to be changed. When I checked with outside mechanic there was no problem in the thermostat. Only element was changed
