What is the 7 day trial?

We provide a no questions asked return policy within 7 days of installation of the RO

If input pressure exceeds 30 PSI, please install a company provided pressure reducing valve at an additional cost, if pressure is below 10 PSI then you need to install ‘Pressure enhancing pump’ at an additional cost.

What is the maximum TDS for which TruWater purifier will work?

Upto 2000 TDS (above 2000 efficiency and life of membrane will decrease)

What are the AMC charges?

We have a unique variable AMC plan where you pay only for the number of filter changes you need. Also, all AMC plans include unlimited free repair visits including spares cost. If you bought the TruWater Premium Smart Machine and you need only 1 filter change, it will cost you 2500, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you 3,499 For TruWater Elite, 1 filter change - it will cost you 3200, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you 4,199
