I purchased the Native Urban Company M2 Pro from Flipkart, and the experience has been terrible from delivery to installation. 1. The "Open Box" Delivery Failure: While I don’t blame Flipkart for the product issues, their "Open Box Delivery" (which I paid extra for) was useless. The delivery agent could not verify if the product was actually the "M2 Pro" or the standard model because the box branding is identical. If you can't verify the specific model, why charge for the service? 2. Unskilled Technician: The Urban Company technician arrived on time but had zero knowledge of the product. He couldn't explain the features or usage. It felt like he was seeing the machine for the first time. 3. Major Product Defects (Out of the Box): Immediately after installation, the app displayed an "Output TDS Sensor Malfunction" error. This has not been resolved. 4. The "Pro" Feature Doesn't Work: I specifically bought the "Pro" model for the in-built battery backup during power cuts. It simply does not work. • The technician said it needs to charge for 4 hours. • When that failed, Customer Care said it needs 24 hours and claimed the technician gave wrong info. • Reality: It has been over 24 hours, and the battery backup is STILL not working. I am now stuck with a brand new purifier that has a sensor error and no battery backup, with conflicting information from the brand. Do not buy this product if you want peace of mind.

Did not explain things well. Did not clean well - a little more information - thoroughness and not being hurried will help. Please don’t make them call and confirm before reaching - if we’re busy, they don’t arrive for installation until the call is picked up.
