Very poor sevice and behaviour from the technician.firstly when he arrived he started complaining the geyser is fitted in the corner I can't climb up because of his weight and he asked for help I called my security and asked him to help the technician .most of the work was done by my security from removing the bolts of the geyser and removing the geyser .after sometime I noticed he started giving instructions to my security to do this and that as if hw was his personal help.this was very unprofessional and never seen anything like this .he has also damaged 2 of the geyser pipes.i think this was deliberately damaged by him which he charged 500 rs extra for this .and also he charged 1200 rs for 2 parts for 2 geysers which I asked him not to change but he forced me and said this part was suppose to be changed .I had to pay 1700 extra apart from 1300 for your services for no reason .which we did all the work.please don't send such people to anybodys house .I have used urbanclap services many times and I have never had issues and was always happy with the services.bit this person was worst in service
