Karthik and Karthik MS duo did an excellent job by making the Elica Chimney up and running by just replacing the fuse. However, since the capacitor was also found weak, they suggested to replace it for which I agreed. One of the two bulbs got fused, so I wanted to replace both with LED bulbs. I booked UC because the chimney wasn’t switching on and I was expecting either fuse or power cord could be the issue or capacitor maybe. But, to my surprise when another technician from Urban Company came in past for same issue; he tried to cheat by advising to replace the motor and that’s why this time I was very choosy in finalising the right technician by going through their feedback in detail. Thanks Karthik and Karthik as two persons came for fixing the issue.
