Technician called someone and asked for the cost of part to be replaced and they told 300 to 500 rupees for a set and he asked me 1200 rupees for each. This is looting. I checked in Amazon and got the set of 2 for 340 rupees.

He has not cleaned the chimney properly resulting in damaging the chimney mesh

I didn’t go ahead with the service as the service person told that the motor needs to be replaced and gave a big quotation of around 5k rupees. Next day I booked a service with the company officials and after investigation it was found that only capacitor needed to be replaced and motor was perfectly fine. We book urban company because we trust the service but this kind of diagnosis is not expected just to make some money. Even though I didn’t go ahead with the service my 250 rupees are gone because of booking through your app and going forward I’ll be skeptical before booking.

Very poor service . He spilt acid on my floor and cabinets which eroded them . He didn’t even bother to clean it up as we noticed it later so he conveniently left it thinking he could get away with it . He also apparently did more work of cleaning so demanded more money . He refused to clean the small oil stains just below the filter saying he is responsible fr cleaning just the filter and nothing below . All this after taking more money . Our fault fr not very closely supervising this guy as we were busy with office calls . But even then , please don’t book this guy ever again
