I booked for Chimney cleaning, the technician suggested me to change the motor winding as it was oily. They cleaned the Chimney, replaced some parts and charged me 4600 with 6 month warranty. However, after the service, switches are not working. I raised a request again. The technician visited but was unable to repair and said they will refund my amount. My concern is that the switches were working fine before but now it's completely non-functional and the Chimney is completely unsuable.
