At the start I had called Faber service provider but he told that it will cost 3800 for coil varnishing later i booked technician from urban company and Amjad visited and he did the same thing in just 2700 and he was really kind and handled the job professionally

I faced multiple issues both by the UC and service provider. The service provider took away our chimney for service and he could close the status in the app as complete without any OTP from my side. After this we were unable to communicate with each other and had some tense moments. The customer support at UC , particularly by Arshdeep was pathetic. She didn’t provide any support. On top of that, the issue raised was also closed without resolving my problem. Today, after 4-5 days of follow up, service provider came but without the air filter. He went back and brought the filter. We found the filter to be rusted, probably it was kept in some chemical and forgotten for last so many days. Pls improve your software to make sure that service is not closed without OTP

The technician was late but he promptly called and informed that he will reach in 15-20 mins which is a great gesture to do. They didn't carry the needed material as the one provided with the product I purchased did not suit the requirements. They managed to get the material without wasting any time. They spoke very well and were very friendly and greeted with good communication. Overall a nice experience.
