I highly recommend Asif who was assigned to this task. He could have simply opened the motor, cleaned with cloth and left. However he took the whole chimney to the service center, did deep cleaning, replaced bulbs and broken parts and made it as good as new, and delivered on time. Was always available on phone to respond. Overall I am.very happy with the service.

Requested the technician to help get the right Elica chimney bulbs from the market. He has assured to help within two to three working days or else I have to approach Elica once again for the bulbs which I have done 4 times already.
