Shashidhar did the cleaning of the chimney and stove very lethargically. There are no changes in the stove. The grease marks are still on the stove. When I asked why the marks have not been cleaned. properly. He said it will not go. What is the use of booking if you people cannot clean a simple stove properly. We are asking for help to clean up by paying but the person did his work for name sake. He was not serious in cleaning at all.

There was some noise coming from the kitchen chimney, so we booked a service. The technician quoted ₹5,000 saying there was a motor issue, so we didn’t proceed. Later, I got it checked by a local technician, and the actual issue was just a loose nut causing the noise. It was fixed easily.
