He is not skilled, didn't know how to open parts also. Anyway he managed to clean the chimney properly, Later after he left i found that the electric current is coming on the switches and i checked with a tester. I called and inform him about getting shock while touching the switches. Yesterday another person came with him and inspected the chimney. They found that the switches are damaged. I dont know exactly may be short circuit and burnt the parts. I have to paid extra ₹2200. (1500 for switch and changing the capacitor ). After changing still i feel there is no improvement as such in air suction. Poor service,
