On service - 3/5. It was a 2 minute job that the person executed well enough. But...person climbed up on my kitchen counter, and didn't bother cleaning his footmarks On price - this is my bad, I didn't realise how simple removing an electric chimney was

He said we need to remove all our cabinets for him to access the chimney and remove it. When we said that wouldn’t be possible since that would involve a carpenter, we asked him to service it as much as possible. He then told us some part was broken ( it was not as that part is detachable ) and replaced it with a new part and charged us 3.9k and told me I’ll get the invoice in my phone which u haven’t to date. So I called him and asked him to share the invoice, he said I’ll receive it soon. Seems like a scam.
