Partner cleaned only mesh and was wrapping up. He said the duct is msealed to chimney so he cannot remove the top cover. I had to climb and cross check after which he apologized. He did not do steam cleaning saying the chimney is clean. It looked as if he wanted to wrap quickly and move. Also he kept talking only in hindi, in a city like blore ppl shud know atleast English if not kannada.
