The Chimney is bent after cleaning, the professional has applied too much force while cleaning. He took the Chimney to UC location and opened and cleaned, while opening he has applied lot of force, because of which the steel near the bulb is damaged & bent completely and looking weird. Because of this damage, I'll have to pay my owner the cost of a new chimney although the fault is Urban Company's. I want justification on this issue.
