This so called "professional" is not a professional at all he doesn't do any job properly. He brings a stranger into the house and that stranger does the cleaning. The professional did not take the OTP before starting the job and the professional was not in the professional attire which is provided by the company. The stranger did all the talking instead of the professional. The stranger used some cloth which was not that light weight and said that suction was not working properly, later after the professional went i used a tissue paper to check the suction and it was working properly and the so called "professional" did not carry the proper materials he used our tissues present in the kitchen and asked if we could get a cloth. The professional should have carried the cloth instead of asking the customer and that's not all the two guys broke the electric kettle while talking to him and the professional doesn't agree that he broke the electric kettle. The professional asked if they could get hot water i mentioned you could use the stove or the geyser water (which is already hot when the professional arrived) they mentioned that if they could use the kettle i agreed that they could use it. They mentioned in the call they used the kettle only for 5 mins which is a big lie. They used it so many times. I smell a pungent odour in the house, i asked the professional what that smell was and they said that it was the chemical they used but it was the burning smell of the kettle. they mentioned that they will do the 1000 ruppe cleaning but i said no to that, before that I asked them what is that they said that they will remove the chimney and take it to chemically treat it and bring the next day. It's clearly mentioned in the app that the professional should use steam technology that's why I said no. And the professional is not professional at all. I say please take proper action against him. He damaged my property, brought a stranger to the house without prior informing the customer, did not do the job as mentioned in the service, said that the chimney is not working but it was working, did not wear any urban company uniform, the professional did not carry the required items for the job and they were on their phone instead of doing their job, the professional did not anything everything was done by the stranger, it's mentioned that the professional started the job at Sunday 2.38pm to Sunday 2.39pm but the job was done on Friday, they should have took the OTP before starting the job cause how would I know they were from urban company, there was a stranger and they were not wearing a uniform. It's a very dangerous act. Cause it could have been someone else i.e., a burglar. The professional brought a stranger into my house without my consent. Which is clearly trespassing when I was home alone and he broke the kettle which is property damage.

Complaint: Job Marked as Completed Without Completion of Service I booked a chimney repair service through Urban Clap. The service person visited my home and collected chimney parts for repair, assuring that rat-protection pipe repair and chimney fitting would be completed after the required parts were ordered. An amount of ₹6,400 was collected as service charges, and I was clearly informed that the parts would take a few days and the technician would return the following week to complete the work. However, no one has returned for fitting the chimney or pipe repair, yet the Urban Clap app is incorrectly showing the job status as “Completed.” Additionally, the service person who visited is not responding to calls, and I am unable to raise this issue through the app, as there is no suitable option in the automated chat system for this problem. This is extremely concerning, as: - The service is incomplete - My chimney parts are still with the technician - The job is wrongly marked as completed - I have no way to communicate through the app I request Urban Clap to urgently intervene, arrange immediate completion of the pending work, or initiate a refund with return of my chimney parts. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

The bill does not seem like an original GST one. It was not updated in Urban company app. Online prices seem lesser. Might be better to have urban company list all parts and it's prices.
