Machine still loud , noisy and barely functioning. Repair not done per satisfaction. Smug partner behaviour to justify not fixing effectively. Overcharged , considering the service provided. Feel cheated with the sub-par service and professionalism.

Good chimney cleaning service by Arif.

The technician asked for change of parts costing 5k.. when we called authorized service provider, they told not to change any part. With general service it’s working fine at just 500/-. Not a professional way to do the repair work, every time replacement of part is not required..

Very poor service . He spilt acid on my floor and cabinets which eroded them . He didn’t even bother to clean it up as we noticed it later so he conveniently left it thinking he could get away with it . He also apparently did more work of cleaning so demanded more money . He refused to clean the small oil stains just below the filter saying he is responsible fr cleaning just the filter and nothing below . All this after taking more money . Our fault fr not very closely supervising this guy as we were busy with office calls . But even then , please don’t book this guy ever again

Partner was polite and had good knowledge about chimney but post service cleanup not done well, stove was left dirty. Oil stain on tiles not cleaned. Billing side tax was charged twice once while booking and other while final payment. Not sure why the second charge was applied.... cannot complain in the app also.

Requested the technician to help get the right Elica chimney bulbs from the market. He has assured to help within two to three working days or else I have to approach Elica once again for the bulbs which I have done 4 times already.
