Had booked for general cleaning and the assigned person Manjunath came and started opening the panels even he was not well versed on the chimney model and took guidance over call.He kept pestering to take deep cleaning service but we told that we do not want deep cleaning service.We told several times not to put pressure as it might damage the wall and the chimney but he kept pushing and shifting.post cleaning we asked him several times if chimney will be properly installed and there should be no damage post service.He assured nothing will happen and asked to rate high. Today suddenly while doing kitchen work the whole chimney fell on the glass cook top which had a vessel full of milk.( Check photo). It has created such mental distress and uneasiness and we are not sure if there are internal damages also. Now from your end kindly ensure that a technician for Faber company should cone check for damages (internal and external) and install the chimney as it was. Ensure there are no charges involved from our end as there is total failure of service and commitment from your staff and company.

There was some noise coming from the kitchen chimney, so we booked a service. The technician quoted ₹5,000 saying there was a motor issue, so we didn’t proceed. Later, I got it checked by a local technician, and the actual issue was just a loose nut causing the noise. It was fixed easily.
