The technician was not able to remove the chimney and hence didn't service. Still I am charged with the 219 rs charges. First my work is not done, second it is technician who was not able to do. And still I have to pay. Why

I ordered deep clean. But i motor is still having oils intact. Not proper and complete cleanup service. Working area was completely messed up. Didn’t clean up the working area. Also he didn’t carry all the cleaning equipment and used the ones from home. That also without asking me. Didn’t even tell me after the service also.

He had absolutely no idea what he was doing. In fact I told him if he can't do it I'll call someone else. Today when we tried to install a new chimney pipe we realised how bad the work was. He removed one of the chimney duct flaps and threw it aside. He made me call a carpenter urgently and to my surprise he had not even got the cutting done to the specification. Only half the duct was open and the other half was under the wooden panel. I had to get it cut all over again today. Worst was when he installed the chimney pipe with a bunch of cloth inside the pipe. Service was a complete disaster.
