I made the booking and got a call from the professional asking if he can come late as it’s raining. As far as I am concerned UC doesn’t give any compensation for this request. It’s completely at customer’s discretion these requests are catered. I had to connect with the stupid AI won’t give the option to connect to a human. After multiple attempts I was able to connect to a representative Shubham. This is around 12. After which shubham had to contact the professional and then he came at 1pm for a 8 am appointment. For a 1 hr job he finished the work in 30 min. Extremely disappointed with the result and the professional along with Urban Company.

A simple cleanup of the switchboard could have been done. Even a replacement is only 500rs for this electrical board on Amazon. But the vendor asked for 2700. It's a simple electric push button panel. Not honest.

Partner damaged the lock of chimney and upon insisting replaced with clock and asked for extra charges. He also used heavy chemicals for cleaning causing fumes and toxic air. Air was u breathable had to leave home for 30mins keeping door open so the air could be breathable. Very danger and harmful
