I understand that the Chimney is a basic model and not an 'Island Chimney'. However, your representative, who took away the Chimney on 8th June and completed the job and delivered on 18th June, collected the charges as applicable for the ISLAND Chimney. Extra charges collected along with Tax should be refunded. Your App. does not have any Customer care contact number available. It is one way traffic. Only Urban Company can contact me but I cannot contact Urban Company even in case of emergency. In the Chat communication, you will observe that, it was officially declared that the Chimney got misplaced as the representative had taken away the Chimney with him. The Company had asked me to submit the original purchase Bill from Elica Chimney for calculating the compensation amount for loss of Chimney Suddenly, on 18th June, the same representative, who had originally collected the Chimney, appeared from no where and brought the repaired Chimney. All these, 11 days, I was kept in the dark and UC never informed the current status of the Chimney or its whereabouts. Till date I could not verify the Serial no of Chimney. So far as the machine number is concerned, it was alleged that the number had disappeared during the process of chemical cleaning. They could have taken a photo of the machine number as well for my satisfaction The way I was harassed during this period is unexpected from Urban Company
