Arrived 1.5 hours late from the scheduled time at 12.30. Had booked for the chimney deep cleaning serve he only did the basic cleaning without even unmounting the chimney saying it's clean inside and only the exteriors needed cleaning. Refused to clean the wire of the electric chimney.
