Partner said that new motor was put, but picture shown is of old 2013 model. Not new and maybe not changed at all. No change in performance observed on motor performance. Refused to show the motor post service and fled from house when I spoke to customer care executive and the person instructed him to show me the part. Need urgent help with senior technician visit

Came 1hr late. Fixed the wrong colours , so we had no option but to go with it as the other choice that Urban Company gave was to just stop the work mid way, remove the panels and leave glue on the wall.
