This feedback isn't about the service executive's performance, as he was decent and made an effort to clean the Kaff Chimney and Hob using materials provided from the house. However, the deep cleaning service advertised by Urban Company, which supposedly includes steam cleaning, fell short. Specifically, the executive didn't have: 1. Steam cleaning equipment 2. Basic cleaning solution or powder (he had to purchase it from a nearby store after arriving) 3. Cleaning cotton or clothes (none were provided by Urban Company) These omissions significantly deviated from the advertised service and thus really not acceptable

The chimney is automatically turning off after half an hour in the middle of cooking, it takes 10 mins to turn on again, which is causing lot of problem. Please look into it immediately
