Rae is friendly and professional! She provides excellent service with her gentle touch and provide recommendations on what is suitable for the eye shape. I like that she also does a quick clean at the eyelid area before she did the extensions and even help to tidy my brow after that. Will definitely engage Rae again! :)

Did my lashes with Cynthia some time back. I suspect her products are low quality. My lashes started to drop off after 1 hour and subsequently dropped off for the past few days. And I only left with 50% of my lashes on my 5th day! This is unacceptable. I’m paying so much and this is the quality. I won’t recommend her to others. Lashes were uneven too. Was so disappointed. I belive there are many other better options out there.

Paid for volume lash, but the after result was just a very normal 2D look. The lash tech told me this was her thickest lash & other customers of her even proclaimed that it was super volumed. I ask her to tell me honestly after i stood up if she could really see my extensions, she did not answer my question & still insisted this was her thickest lashes. Took photos & sent to their customer service, they will arrange for another redo of my lashes with the same lash tech.
