Polly provided a good house cleaning service during the 3-hour session. She was punctual, polite, and completed the main cleaning tasks satisfactorily. The house was noticeably cleaner after the service. There is still some room for improvement in attention to detail in certain areas, but overall, I am satisfied with her work and would consider booking her again. Not satisfactory. Hair was left on the floor. Floor does not seem to look like that it was just vacuumed and steamed. Most unsatisfactory work. Though informed her to ensure not to damp the cabinets, she did not pay attention. I also told her, if there is some water splashed accidentally, she has to wipe/dry the washroom cabinets, post service, they were left with drops of water and had to tell her to do it. Please do not ever send her next time to my home
