She accidentally hit one of the items on my side dresser and it fell and was detached from the bottle. This is the second time a cleaner from UC has broken something in my home. She did not apologize and just went by cleaning.

Cleaning was not done well. The kitchen was left with pots in the sink, stove very dirty but the professional informed me 20 minutes earlier that all work was done. However, when told to finish up the work in the kitchen, she did.
