Meticulous service and really appreciate Hana’s detail. Some feedback would be not to pile shoes on top of each other for hygienic reasons and not to discard items without asking. Mop pad didn’t look very clean either.

So coming to the cleaning.. not mopping house? Mopping floor is the most required tasks for cleaning, I thought it has been done however in the end when I check, only vacuumed to the floor only.

Essa did a great job cleaning my house. She took my feedback seriously, especially around completing the cleaning on time and making sure no areas were missed. She was very efficient, thorough, and managed her time well. Overall, I was very happy with the cleaning and how well she incorporated the feedback.

Chelsea was really hardworking and completed so much housework within 3 hours! I was very impressed with her efficiency. She washed both toilets , cleaned all of my windows for every room including the kitchen. She also vacuumed the floors and wiped the outside of my kitchen cabinets. Amazing job!
