Up till now, nobody is as meticulous as Cora in cleaning. This professional just went through the motion and left a lot of steel marks on our mirror, didn’t even shift the sofa to vacuum/moo or pack the messy areas like Cora did as always. Very disappointing. She even dropped my Dyson Airwrap causing my on off button to drop off. Urban Company still promised to send a better replacement but I doubt so

She bent my metallic cleaner in half and stuffed it back into its holder. I haven't checked the rest of the house for other damages
