I would have rated 0 if I could, she didn’t deserve a 1. 1) broke my fan cover while cleaning!!! (See attached picture). Now the body of my fan is exposed. 2) only “cleaned” (wiped) at eye level and below, didn’t even ask for a ladder 3) didn’t eve touch the sink area 4) had to direct her on how and where to clean Terrible!! Please just not let clean other’s houses.

We are highly impressed with the house cleaning services provided by Namee. During her initial cleaning, she meticulously moved our sofa to ensure thorough vacuuming and mopping. The toilet cleaning, in particular, was executed to the standards of a five-star hotel.
