Vicky was experienced, merticulous and managed her time very well. She cleared her tasks & was reluctant to leave despite time being up, as she wanted to complete her job properly. Would highly recommend and work with her again!

Cleaning professional was late by 14 minutes but left on the dot. When she arrived, during the brief of tasks to complete she indicated she might not be able to finish everything on time. However those were the standard tasks that every progressional had been able to finish within the 3-hour booking. In fact the others usually have leftover time to iron 2-3 pieces of clothings before leaving. Also not sure if it’s a wider issue with Urban Company’s scheduling such that professionals have not enough time for lunch or traveling from one house to another.
