The trash is still on the table, and the clothes are on the sofa; my wardrobe isn't just for show. The trash cans in the study and bathroom haven't been emptied, and there's still hair all over the floor. The bedroom hasn't been cleaned; the floor hasn't been mopped or vacuumed. I rarely make things difficult for others, but today was a real waste of my time

Up till now, nobody is as meticulous as Cora in cleaning. This professional just went through the motion and left a lot of steel marks on our mirror, didn’t even shift the sofa to vacuum/moo or pack the messy areas like Cora did as always. Very disappointing. She even dropped my Dyson Airwrap causing my on off button to drop off. Urban Company still promised to send a better replacement but I doubt so

I liked that she did not rush through the job and the little details at the end like folding the toilet paper and arranging everything back nicely. She stayed a little later as well to finish up. She was also honest and alerted me to money left on the table.

Not using a pail of water as instructed but wiping all tables with the same damp cloth and dry cloth. Not closing my kitchen door and turning off the fan when job is done.
