She did an outstanding job cleaning my home. Not only was she thorough and meticulous, but she also took the initiative to clean small areas and details that I hadn’t even noticed. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to doing an excellent job really stood out. The house felt fresh, spotless, and well cared for after her visit. Highly recommended!

Alyssa was great! Was on time and polite throughout. Did the cleaning diligently, which I appreciate. The steam mop device could be improved. Other than that, would definitely recommend and work with her again.

I’ve paid for 3hours job. She reached doorsteps on time at 2pm but started calling urban admin to grumble that we have a small puppy, even after I have kept my small little Maltis in my bedroom. Her commotion over her phone calls and asking me twice to pick up her admin calls was really frustrating. Started cleaning at 2.15pm but she started packing up her bag at 4.20pm and not even asking if there’s other tasks need to be done. After I’ve closed the door when she left, I suddenly realised It’s not even 2.5hrs?! During cleaning, she even threw my small cushion-type legs stool, very hard out from bedroom door to living room right before my eyes. I have to tell her, i can move it out myself, don’t need to throw as it’s very light. I feel, she wasn’t rude to me but was unprofessional. What a fierce and rough lady! To be fair, she did vacuum & mop with her steaming mop (very wet floor though), washed both bathrooms fairly clean, dusted wipe surface tables/cabinets. But did not even touch any of my kitchen cabinets, basin, oven tops or stove. In the end, I have to wipe myself. I have to remind her to help clear the bins.. Job done rating honestly can’t be more than 3/5. I have to state these reviews here to remind myself not choose her again. Anyway, this is the worst experience I have with Urban helpers. Rather disappointing..

First time having Nino over as our cleaner, it is quite ok, does her tasks diligently, but some minor areas need to be improved. The drains are not entirely cleaned properly as there are still hairs.

Myue is so helpful in all tasks given and she does it in a timely manner - a little feedback i gave her was to recheck on completed areas in case if there is any dirt leftover - but overall, im satisfied with her cleaning and am sure she will do better job the next time round 🙂
