It is still a 5 star for her. Her work is good. If you know what to plan out or any arrangement of work. U can tell her and she follows. I told her my preferences and all are good. If there is any issue. Tell her on her next visit. Usually she listens well accommodate to her mistakes. She only has 3hours with me. And I am satisfied with her work. Thank you Breeze.

Overall, the cleaning was satisfactory, but time management needs improvement. I had to forgo wiping the living area and my study so she could focus on the kitchen. Although I had already washed about half the dishes, the trays which are the most tedious, were left uncleaned. I was also juggling work while guiding her and only realised later that the cleaning was incomplete, which was a disappointment and left me to finish the tray cleaning myself. Additionally, some areas, such as the toaster area, were not wiped down. The pot stain was also not removed.

Mu Ka managed to complete the cleaning including ceiling fan and kitchen faster than 3 hour. She is proactive and no need any guidance.
