This professional is not very hardworking. There are still a few areas that were missed and not cleaned properly. She also does not show much initiative, unlike Mimosa. The standard of work is not as good as well. Please arrange for Mimosa for me again, preferably before I travel. Thank you.

Generally satisfied with service and was willing to complete her tasks before leaving. To improve her future services, will be good if she put the curtains back to its original condition. Cleaning tools that are still wet should just be left outside to dry instead of keeping in the wooden cabinets. Somehow used a hand towel to clean or wipe down one of the toilets. Should’ve asked before using anything if unsure.
