Pros: Punctual, approachable Cons: Communication was a bit challenging. There were some missed expectations: cleaner removing my mattress protector when I asked her to put on a clean bedsheet, and cleaner not being familiar with disposable microfibre-like sheets versus tissues or kitchen towel sheets.

Thalia has broken a side of the wooden crib - which should take a real physical effort to do, and concealed it. She had broken glass items before but at least shared. She also repeatedly arrived late; punctuality was not the massive issue since she completed most of the responsibilities and would listen to feedback. Her current service cost us over 350$ in damages and would recommend to stay away from this professional.
