Cleaning professional was late by 14 minutes but left on the dot. When she arrived, during the brief of tasks to complete she indicated she might not be able to finish everything on time. However those were the standard tasks that every progressional had been able to finish within the 3-hour booking. In fact the others usually have leftover time to iron 2-3 pieces of clothings before leaving. Also not sure if it’s a wider issue with Urban Company’s scheduling such that professionals have not enough time for lunch or traveling from one house to another.

Amber was generally helpful and managed to complete most of the tasks I usually requested for help. The toilet, in particular, was cleaned very well. However, one downside was that the toilet floor was left wet, and there was some cleaning powder residue on the floor outside the toilet. Additionally, some items were not returned to their original places, which made it a bit difficult to locate things afterward. Overall, she has a good attitude and seems to be trying her best to do a good job.
