I don’t usually like giving bad reviews as i know this kind of work can be tricky due to personal preferences, but this is one of my worst experiences so far. Had to ask the professional to repeat a lot of the cleaning especially in the bathroom — seems like nothing was actually scrubbed, just wiped (and not even well). There were still spots on the bathroom walls and corners. I think she just wiped AROUND stuff, i can tell nothing was moved to clean surfaces under. And even after she “repeated the cleaning”, the outcome was still not good enough. She actually finished “cleaning” quickly contrary to past reviews. But the quality of the result is low. I also just noticed an hour after she left that our toilet bidet was turned off. Turns out it got broken (there was a leak). Not sure how it happened but she didn’t inform me. I would have let it go if she just told me. Also annoyed at urban company, i had to reschedule and didnt get my usual professional, but i booked someone i worked with in the past and i know was good. But a few hours before the service, they changed the professional assigned to me. Now these things could happen but the one assigned to me had 3.5 rating already. I cannot cancel nor reschedule anymore, and unfortunately that rating seems to be valid. They didn’t even call me to inform me of this last minute change.

She started the job on app before she reached and only arrived few minutes later. She stopped work promptly on time but ended job on app 15 min later. Overall cleaning ok but speed of work was abit slow.
