She is good and does the job well. Except the steam mop cloth she didnt change or rinse it. The cloth was very dirty and i have to ask her to rinse.

Potatoe managed to complete all the tasks given. Overall service quality is quite good except for a couple of with flaws. Rated 4.5 for her service. Hope she can be assigned for my regular cleaning again. UC App has sync issues. It doesn't update service completed until the next day. I'm also having issue to get my preferred cleaning slots. Quite difficult to book. Advertised rate does not reflect the actually hourly rate.

Poor working attitude, very slow.. She only changed bedsheets for 3 rooms, clean 3 bedrooms ceiling fans (checked still dusty on top), cleaned 1 part (bottom 1 line only) of 3 rooms window grille, She doesn't wash the cloth she used to clean, doesn't wash the mop cloth, the mop cloths were black, asked her to show me she only replied the cloth is old but clean. poor standard of cleaning
