Called numerous times early in morning wanting to change time and was rejected. Called again in afternoon which annoys me when specifically told i am only home at booked time. Work was done speedy and wanted to leave 30 mins early. Found sink still dirty and told her to wash. Realised after that she will only do chores u told her specifically and did not do anything else if you didnt (e.g did not wipe mirror or glass door, tidy up some desktops). Realized that she threw my rubbish (carton box) beside the chute and not into the bin downstairs as instructed

Cleaning was not done well. The kitchen was left with pots in the sink, stove very dirty but the professional informed me 20 minutes earlier that all work was done. However, when told to finish up the work in the kitchen, she did.
