Service was satisfactory however our bidet was suddenly leaking after they cleaned the place. It was fine the whole time prior to that. They also left stain marks on newly painted areas so had to point that out for them to reclean.

Hi. It was not satisfactory n not up to expectation. It was meant to be deep cleaning however it felt as though it was just surface cleaning as the unit looks pretty clean on first look. There were multiple surfaces that were still dusty and dirty especially the under parts of drawers and the corners. The area at the washing machine was cleaned pretty well. Undeniably that the windows and sliding doors were well cleaned, the walls were still dusty despite they agreed to help clean. There were still slight cob webs on the ceiling. Multiple in and outs to receive and to collect vacuum ? But ended up the next day I had to mop the floor again as the floor felt dusty as we came in and the water was cloudy brown. The service partners called in the morning saying they want to collect the vacuum as well despite not having brought it up at all. The cleaning didn’t felt like it was worth 380$
