floor still feel so dusty, paid so much for deep cleaning but it feels more like general cleaning

They have not cleaned all areas. Namely oven top is dusty/dirty and windows still dusty. Spilt an unknown liquid on floor. Also despite me telling them multiple times, they always left standing water on the wooden floor. Have photos in photo library.

Attitude was okay. Man helped us to carry heavy tiles into the storeroom, which was appreciated. Actual cleaning was quite shoddy. There were still marks and stains after the cleaning. “Gum” was still left right after the cleaning. “Grout” among the tiles still there. Appended some photos. All photos were taken right after.

I’m quite OCD about cleaning, so I notice details—and they really impressed me. Friendly, helpful, came early before my 1:30pm slot, and even stayed till 6pm to make sure everything was properly cleaned. Super professional. Will book them again!
