It’s not the employees at fault, but the person in charge who marketed this as a “professional” deep cleaning service. The ladies were not even equipped with a vacuum cleaner to say the least. The person in charge is at fault and is not honest.

I engaged Urban Company for a post-renovation deep cleaning service expecting professional-grade equipment and a level of cleaning that justified the premium price. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Three cleaners arrived with what appeared to be standard household cleaning tools, similar to those used by regular weekly house cleaners. There was no sign of specialized equipment typically associated with post-renovation deep cleaning. To be fair, the cleaners themselves were polite, hardworking, and had a good attitude throughout the job. My disappointment is not with the individuals, but with the service offering and value for money. Given the amount paid, I expected a more professional setup and a deeper level of cleaning. In hindsight, I could have engaged a dedicated post-renovation cleaning company for a similar or lower price and likely received a more comprehensive service. Overall, while the cleaners were pleasant and professional, the service did not meet my expectations for a post-renovation deep clean and was not worth the premium charged.

Very good service provided by Mr. Lim and his team. They changed the entire house from dirty to perfect within 4 hours of time. Each and every items cleaned and kept. Thank you so much for the great cleaning service. 🙏🏽

Mon, aye, thuzar from team Juliet were really detailed and thorough with my move in cleaning! Efficient and professional. They were really careful and helpful to answer my questions regarding future cleaning and maintenance as well ! Highly recommend !

Worked team foxtrot with team lead Uddin for a deep house cleaning. Mimi, Nyein, Khinthu Wai were very nice and professional. The cleaning was very organised and fast. The team did a great job and everything was really clean, the floors were polished and shiny after they were done.

Fantastic job done by Team King (Hasan, Hasib, Htet, Tuzar). All corners cleaned without asking and can really see the huge difference after. Really appreciate the effort from the team! And all cleaning supplies provided by them. Really hassle free!
