Booked for post reno cleaning, overall great service by the team except they had missed some spots and had to remind them. Very impressed by Kumari, she is fast and efficient and the other 2 were abit slow and need more guidance.

Team king is really good, detailed. service is good also. But Urban platform is not as good. Was charged double platform fees

Really appreciate the patience in waiting for us. Cleaning team was punctual and finished the work in 2h (as they had 4 people) compared to the 3.5h stated. Very pleasant team. Just that, we were particular about the specks of dust on the walls and crevices so we do expect those to have been cleaned. They helped to clean up some stuff post inspection but there are some dusty spots here and there.

they are really sweet people and have a lot of initiative but might have swung my doors too quickly so the handles slammed against the wall, leaving a mark on a freshly painted wall.
