I engaged Urban Company for a post-renovation deep cleaning service expecting professional-grade equipment and a level of cleaning that justified the premium price. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Three cleaners arrived with what appeared to be standard household cleaning tools, similar to those used by regular weekly house cleaners. There was no sign of specialized equipment typically associated with post-renovation deep cleaning. To be fair, the cleaners themselves were polite, hardworking, and had a good attitude throughout the job. My disappointment is not with the individuals, but with the service offering and value for money. Given the amount paid, I expected a more professional setup and a deeper level of cleaning. In hindsight, I could have engaged a dedicated post-renovation cleaning company for a similar or lower price and likely received a more comprehensive service. Overall, while the cleaners were pleasant and professional, the service did not meet my expectations for a post-renovation deep clean and was not worth the premium charged.

Home cleaning service was good. Hasib, Khin Thu Wai, and Nyein Nyein were professional and very thorough in their work. They cleaned the house efficiently and paid attention to detail, leaving every room neat and spotless. Their friendly attitude and dedication made the whole experience pleasant. Worked team foxtrot with team lead Uddin for a deep house cleaning. Mimi, Nyein, Khinthu Wai were very nice and professional. The cleaning was very organised and fast. The team did a great job and everything was really clean, the floors were polished and shiny after they were done.
