Left my fridge off ( dont know why they even touched the fridge plug point). I realised this hours later so now have to throw away stuff as it melted. My bathroom drain clog is stuck All things were scattered around. Did not return the things to where they found it.

Home cleaning service was good. Hasib, Khin Thu Wai, and Nyein Nyein were professional and very thorough in their work. They cleaned the house efficiently and paid attention to detail, leaving every room neat and spotless. Their friendly attitude and dedication made the whole experience pleasant. First time engaging UC and got their spring cleaning deep cleaning service to clean the house after some home rectification works. Was assigned Mon, Haymar and Khinthida from Team Juliet for the service. They were punctual and were efficient in their work. We were able to feel the difference of the floor from before and after cleaning. They were also meticulous in their work and covered all corners of the house. They were also careful with moving of items and furniture and will place them back to the original position after cleaning is done. Before completing the service they were also patient to allow us to check thru everything to make sure it is up to our satisfaction before leaving. Overall, we are happy their Team Juliet service and would consider engaging them again in future.

Team Echo did a great job for the deep cleaning my parent’s apartment which has been a long time. I appreciate that they took initiatives to clean more troublesome spots and also inform special areas to take note of. Will engage their services again
