I find this service quite funny. Its supposedly 7hrs and costs me around $600 but 1) apparently the cleaners cannot take things out from shelves and return them? Leaving my house messier than it was before at 7.30pm when they left, so I have to put my 3 young kids to sleep and then come out and keep all the books and dishes at 10pm. What's the point? 2) supposed to be a 3 man job but she asked if they can come earlier and with additional 2 people. At first I said yes, but then realised it's because they want to finish the job away early. They were supposed to clean till 9pm but she told me she was done at 7pm? 3) needed excessive micromanaging and supervising. All the areas they cleaned didn't look clean, there was still food stains, dust and hair on the sides of shelves and on the playpen after they were supposedly done. When I asked them they said they can 'touch up' for me when it was clear she didn't even touch it the first time round haha 5) when I left my house to pick up my kids, I saw on CCTV that they all gathered in the kitchen super long to talk and use their phone. All 5 cleaners in one room while my.bombshelter and the area outside effectively untouched. UC, I think you need to rethink your policy of cleaners wiping only empty shelves because your cleaners rushed their work, very sub par cleaning, only focused on leaving early, and my house is messier than before and I need to do extra work micromanaging them and putting everything back when they still have 1.5hours left. In the end this was just more work for me and sub par cleaning. Won't engage again.

Home cleaning service was good. Hasib, Khin Thu Wai, and Nyein Nyein were professional and very thorough in their work. They cleaned the house efficiently and paid attention to detail, leaving every room neat and spotless. Their friendly attitude and dedication made the whole experience pleasant. Left my fridge off ( dont know why they even touched the fridge plug point). I realised this hours later so now have to throw away stuff as it melted. My bathroom drain clog is stuck All things were scattered around. Did not return the things to where they found it.
