The ceilings were not done even after mentioning that I have high ceiling so get a ladder appropriate for it and I know it wasn’t cleaned because I have a few webs and they are still there which means they weren’t cleaned. A few dishes were left unclean. The bed wasn’t done.

Very unhygienic. Same dirty pail of water and cloth from cleaning the window used to cleaning the counter tops, tv console, kitchen cabinet etc. same cloth used for cleaning the toilet floor used to wipe dry the sink and counter tops without washing. Same sponge and cloth used for washing toilet bowl was also used for my kitchen sink. My service was suppose to be 8am to 11.30am. By 11am, they’ve already packed up and started washing all their dirty cloth in my kitchen sink. After which they didn’t bother to clean up or wash my sink again. Extremely disgusting and absolutely disappointed with the service for the price I paid. Lots of spots missed out also, behind the tv, lower shelf of tv console, mouldy kitchen walls, window frames etc. Everytime I asked them to clean those areas left out they’ll say they’ve cleaned already and did not entertain my request. I will never use UC again.
