Amir has a very pleasant personality however she was quite slow and in 3 hours did not manage to finish the ironing even though there wasn't much. She's lovely but we would like to try someone else the next time.

Cleaner requested a change in booking time one day before and arrived about 15 minutes late. The session ended earlier without making up for the lost time. While she worked quickly, the job felt rushed and some areas were missed. Overall, attention to detail could be improved.
